SettleNZ being a consulting firm managed by licensed immigration advisers has the requisite knowledge and expertise of immigration related laws, instructions and procedures. The immigration advisers have to meet the Competency Standards 2016 of Immigration Advisers Authority (IAA) to demonstrate a level of competency in handling immigration related cases. Double due diligence

In line with the Code of Conduct 2014 of IAA, SettleNZ has provision of due diligence at two levels before submitting your application to Immigration New Zealand. Firstly, the principal adviser of SettleNZ will consult the clients, give advice and prepare the application. Then, Karen, a full licence holder with 20+ years of experience in immigration matters, will review your application and would suggest if any improvements are desired before final submission to INZ. SettleNZ will consider the suggestions and incorporate the changes after a discussion. So, what it means for you is a two level of quality assurance which will eliminate errors, ensure better representation of facts and would have a positive impact on the successful outcome of your application. 

Proven Problem Solving and Analytical Skills:

In addition to strong subject knowledge, the successful outcome on a visa application depends upon the manner in which the argument is prepared. Clients have different situations which ask for a contingency based decision making approach to achieve a desirable outcome. We view each case as a distinct problem and come out with the most pragmatic solution that fits the best to the clients’ situation. Both the advisers possess excellent logical reasoning and problem solving skills. 

Excellent English language skills

The adviser of SettleNZ is a New Zealand resident of Indian origin with qualifications from world class institutions (an MBA from IIM Lucknow) and is proficient in English (holds an IELTS Academic band of 8.0), Hindi and knows Punjabi. Being a lecturer in international tertiary education environment for more than 10 years, he brings the right mix, multilingual skills and multicultural understandings. Our services are supported by a full licence holder who is a kiwi and has been working with migrants in Australia and New Zealand for more than 20 years.
